To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε πετσέτες και κλινοσκεπάσματα. Σε λίγα μέτρα θα βρείτε mini market, φαρμακείο, αρτοποιείο και εστιατόριο.

Cozy studio which is quite close to the center and 500 meters from the nearest beach! It has a nice garden for relaxation overlooking the sea and the forest of Panagouda. At 50 meters there is a bus stop which goes to the city center and the beaches of Rapsani and Kalamitsa. It is located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood with free parking and a mini market 50 meters away.

Our residence is located in Paleo Tsifliki at a short walk from the nearest beach. The interior is a total of 160 m2, especially large and comfortable, while the total size of our private garden and surrounding is 2300 m2. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy is 5 minutes on foot.
