New Guesthouse in the Heart of Wolfville

WELCOME to the Guesthouse @ 303! We welcome you to our new Guesthouse. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the kitchen, living and bathroom on the main level make it ideal for families. Air conditioning, brand new appliances including washer and dryer and a Roku TV. We love our furry friends so we are conditionally pet-friendly. You must request pre approval for your small breed pet then we will navigate together the additional cleaning fee at that time. No partying or smoking, please!

Enjoy your stay at this beautifully renovated 19th-century farmhouse, with a huge living space, cozy breakfast nook, and a large deck with a beautiful hot tub. Gated and safe for pets and comfortably sleeps up to 9. There is a large yard with a fire pit. Anything beyond the big barn is construction equipment, and my vegetable garden with medicinal herbs. On the Evangeline Trail, minutes from local golf courses, art galleries, theatre, wineries and breweries, local farm markets, & hiking.

This 10,000 square foot ranch house sits on 600 acres of beautiful farm land. It has 8 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, a large kitchen, a dining room table that sits 18 and a porch with access to an exterior deck. The space has roughly 14 fixed beds (ranging in sizes), 2 pull-out couches (2 Queens) and cots are available, so please inquire regarding your needs. We are flexible with our offerings and can accommodate and charge accordingly.
