It’s the very spacious upper unit of this home with a smaller AirBnB downstairs. With two units atop one another we put special insulation and drywall in but peaceful cohabitation is a must :). The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.
