The house is newly renovated and this is the first season renting it. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a Weber electric BBQ, comfortable furniture and a queen-sized bed. Welcome to my home. Are you traveling and need a place to stay? I have 2 bedrooms 1 with a single bed and a double bed and the other with a double bed. There is an apartment with separate entrance in the basement that called Winchester apartment which is currently rented. As shown in the pictures Irishtown nature park is a 5 minute drive and Parlee beach is a 20 minute drive. My neighborhood is quiet you can hear the birds chirping. I look forward to making your stay on Winchester comfortable.
