Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.

The property is a mews house stables conversion, once part of the neighbouring Georgian country mansion on the outskirts of the village of Callow End. Set in a peaceful rural location it is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, attending local events or even for a work related stop over. The house is a self contained, annexe to the Stables. It is comfortably furnished and has a small private garden with patio to the rear of the building.

Kempsey Coach House

Welcome to our Coach House! It is next to our own house but is completely independent. It has an open plan kitchen/living room and bathroom downstairs and two double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. We have tried to make the space flexible to suit any group formation! The village has a choice of pubs, a shop and a park is and is very near to the historic Cathedral city of Worcester, the Malvern Hills and Upton Upon Severn. Stratford-Upon-Avon is about 25 miles away.

Meris’s - A cosy woodland cottage

The Cottage: Meris’s is a secluded getaway where you can snuggle up in front of the log burner’s licking flames, play games, read, eat and drink, or sit outside in the garden soaking up the atmosphere enjoying the surrounding woodland and its wildlife. Originally built in 1871 Meris’s has just been beautifully renovated and is now ready to welcome guests. Located down a private drive you will be surrounded by nature with a gurgling stream running right past the house.
