Ranch Lodge For Nature Lovers

This guest lodge at Coyote Bill's Ranch is a nature lover's delight . Relax and watch the horses in the pasture, there are many different birds in the area such as hawks, herons, loons, osprey and even an occasional eagle. Fish for trout in the nearby streams Great hiking and swimming near by as well. The space sleeps four, family style, with 2 single beds and a full sized bed. The bedroom is on the second floor so there is a set of stairs to the second floor, The cost per night includes 2 adults and up to two to three children and pet, or two adults only there is an additional charge of $20 for each additional adult which applies to overnight guests as well. The bunkhouse features one full bath with tub and shower and a kitchenette with microwave, two burner hot plate and under the counter fridge. The bunkhouse has a beautiful view of the horse pastures surrounding the Ranch, a fire pit, a place to bar-b-que, and lots of space to explore. Several wonderful restaurants, including the delicious Lunchbox, Toonies, and the innovative __Short's Brewery__ are nearby. The sparkling Cedar River, a designated Blue Ribbon Trout Stream, is a short walk away. The ranch features five Arabian horses, The pond and stream at the Ranch is home to many species of Native Birds. Guests are welcome to bring their dogs for no additional fee. The ranch sits one mile from downtown Bellaire, home to world famous Shanty Creek and Schuss Mountain resorts. Jack Niclaus' The Legend Golf Course and The Weiskoff-designed Golf course are both five minutes away. Coyote Bill's Ranch is also one mile from the rustic Antrim County Airport. Boats, kayaks, and mountain bikes can all be rented in Bellaire. Or, take a short drive to the beautiful Jordan River for canoeing, kayaking and more trout fishing. Voted the third most beautiful lake in the world by National Geographic, Torch Lake is a quick 15 minutes drive. This lake is home to pristine waters for boating, and other water fun. Boyne City, Gaylord, Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey and Mackinaw City are all easily accessible for a day's adventure. Come stay on our ranch and experience good old- fashioned hospitality. Studio on the Cedar River ~ A Bibliophiles Dream

A cozy little getaway for the adventurous individual or couple at a location that is beautiful year round. The property is surrounded by 365 acres of state and MNA sanctuary lands with 700 feet of private frontage. Excellent trout fishing, kayaking, tubing, biking, XC skiing, snow shoeing and hiking right out the back door. If you want to truly get away from the pink skies and road noise and want the "up north" experience but not stay at a crummy resort or noisy lake, this is the place for you.

The Twig, near Lake Bellaire

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. AC upstairs. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

Welcome to the A-frame at Finch Creek. A one-of-a-kind Northern Michigan getaway overlooking Finch Creek and completely surrounded by the Grass River Natural Area. We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Cozy Private Bed & Bathroom in Historic Farmhouse

Unwind at this peaceful retreat. This section has been recently updated and features a nice view of the backyard. The room has a separate entrance, private bedroom (queen bed/TV) and private bathroom. It also includes a full private kitchen and dining area. The kitchen shares a wall with the main house, some noise may be heard during meal times (9-10am / 5-6pm). We have a cat, tho she won’t be in the unit during your stay. Cleaning fee is waived for multi-night stays. No pets 2 guest max

Nestled in a stand of whispering pines overlooking an antique apple orchard. The atmosphere is quiet, private, and relaxing, in a rural environment. Adjacent to The Glacial Hills Pathway with 33 miles of hiking/ biking trails. Expansive sky boasts amazing sunsets and star gazing. Close to many lakes and beaches. 2 miles to Bellaire.

Welcome to The Crooked Tree Farmhouse! This is a fully renovated, 120 year old farmhouse, situated on 6+ acres of woods and meadows. With 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 10 adults, feel free to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide enough seating for everyone to enjoy home cooked meals together.
