This apartment is ideal for city breaks or working professionals. A private entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the apartment. The lounge and kitchen are on the ground floor, which also has a toilet and sink. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower.

The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.
