Η Villa αποτελείται από δύο κτίρια. Το 1ο κτίριο εκτείνεται σε δύο επίπεδα και το 2ο αποτελεί μια σουίτα με διπλό κρεβάτι, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ανεξάρτητη κουζίνα. Στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το σαλόνι καθώς και δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το κάθε ένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η σουίτα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, διθέσιο καναπέ και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Villa Rodi is a seafront property in Kato Gatzea, in a wonderful location, just 50 meters from the sea. Consists of a 150 sq meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there are an open space living room with fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and panoramic see view. The third bedroom has two single beds and garden view.
