There are more than 13 eateries all within 5 minutes drive away. A private walkway down to the beach. Plus the best Ice Cream shop within walking distance! Perfect location to explore the Far North.

The Bach at Perehipe -short walk to beach

Best views around! Relax and enjoy this newly decorated Classic Kiwi Bach. Fully fenced and located down a quiet cul de sac in Whatuwhiwhi, overlooking Perehipe Bay, on the beautiful Karikari Peninsula. A few minutes walk through a bush track down to a lovely safe swimming beach. Perfect calm bay for swimming, paddleboarding, and watersports. Launch the boat off the beach ramp, spend the day fishing in Doubtless Bay or go out wide for game fish or off the rocks at either end of the beach.

Oak Tree Hut

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Recent rustic built wooden hut on our hillside property. One comfortable single bed . Breakfast corner , eat at the window overlooking the fields and SH10 or outside on the little deck. Toilet and shower is at the main house which has its own seperate entrance and will be shared with other guests if they are occupying the Cabin . There is a cooking area , 2 gas points and a BBQ , pans etc.. also double sink to wash up. Large parking area .

Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Houhora Harbour Studio

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

Rustic Bush Retreat

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or grab a meal at the Kerikeri Cruising Club which is just 5 mins away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and a safe swimming beach within a few minutes drive.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Come and enjoy a kiwi Bach within a tranquil private bush setting.Easy walk to safe swimming Tokerau and Perehipe beaches where you can also launch your boat.There is plenty of decking to sit back and relax with an outdoor table, bar table and chairs, while you cook on the barbecue.The kitchen has everything you need.During the summer months the local Carrington Cafe and Winery are open to eat, drink at a beautiful spot.
