Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

This location showcases the beautiful Kamloops hills with many walking trails right behind our home. 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. This bright and spacious home is perfect for groups or families up coming for skiing, golf or biking. My City business license only allows 4 guests, there are 2 Queen and 2 twin beds... Three bedrooms, 1.5 baths with an expansive view of the valley. The open concept living space features a chef's kitchen, large dining area, entertainment tech and lots of comfy seating. On-site host Rob will handle any issues, can tell you all about Sun Peaks and Revy, and can wax/tune your gear($).

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
