This is our home. We love it. We care about it, we also care about sense of space and quality of time. We hope you do too. This 160m2 (1700sqft) w/high ceilings, 1 bedroom unit is located on the 4th fl. of a historic semi-residential building. Although, we love to think that the place is full of peace, comfort and personality; the true magic of it is exactly where it's located. It's barely a minute away from the ferries and somehow sits quietly in the very middle of hustle and bustle of Kadikoy

Kadıköy rıhtımda bulunan dairemizin terasında manzaranın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. İstanbul ve Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanlarından gelen Havabüs otobüslerinin son durağı binaya 50 metre mesafededir. Kadıköy'den Eminönü, Karaköy ve Beşiktaş ve Adalara kalkan vapurlara ayrıca Metro ve Marmaraya (tren) 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Çevrede çok sayıda market cafe vb.bulunmaktadır. Daire'de bir adet çift kişilik yatak ve salonda L koltuk bulunmaktadır. Bina çok kısa süre önce tamamen yenilenmiştir.

Comfortable, Clean and New House.

How about staying in Kadıköy, the most favourite district of Istanbul? Just a 10-minute walk from the seafront, you can enjoy Turkish cuisine and fresh seafood in the historical bazaar. Metro, ferry and airport buses are only 5 minutes walk away. Kadıköy bars street is 200 metres away. I am waiting for you for a pleasant Istanbul holiday in a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. My house has a tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism in accordance with local laws.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this apartment, located in the heart of Kadıkoy/Moda. Just a minute walk to cafes and restaurants. The apartment and all the equipment has been completely renovated on May 2023. Before each reservation, our apartment is cleaned by a professional cleaning company and clean towels, bed linen are provided. **UPDATE: We now also have an air conditioner in the bedroom. So currently, there are a total of 2 air conditioners in our home.
