It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

This spacious apartment offers you a bright, comfortable, quiet home where you have sole use of the entire, fully equipped 1bedroom space. You are in the heart of Mt Hawthorn's cafe strip with both grocery and specialty stores and a verandah to watch the world go by. As we are on the quiet side of the apartment block, noise is rarely an issue. My husband's office has it’s own SEPARATE ENTRANCE with the internal door always locked. He does not enter your space at all.

Adults only - our one bedroom apartment provides all amenities and is about 5km from Perth CBD. There's easy access to the freeway. Subiaco or Leederville shopping and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away. It's a small hop, skip 'n jump to Cottesloe or City Beach.
