This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. We make sure the property is comfortable because we stay here often when visiting family in Anchorage and just installed a 65" TV in the living room and king bed in the master bedroom.
