Upstairs has all been refinished (unprofessionally) by me, lol, Recently replaced bedroom, living room, dining room with all new carpet. It's overall a good solid little house. A real nice queen sized bed, dresser, small dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed in living room makes into a full-sized mattress. Not fancy, just clean comfortable and quiet. Small 32" TV, FREE 155 channels, DirectTV. Netflix & Wi-fi.
