At the entrance to Patriot Hills Golf Course and conveniently located to Carson Newman University, UT, Douglas and Cherokee Lakes, and Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, are not far away!

Fabulous, newly remodeled Lakeland getaway. 5 minutes down the road to Cherokee dam/lake for fun, fishing and boating . Lake house Living at its best. Plenty of space to park your boat. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Brand new Siena mattress in both bedrooms with full size washer and dryer. We provide: small shampoo and bars of soap. Also, laundry and dish soap, Keurig coffee pods. No smoking inside the house, no pets allowed. Dumpster on Property. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 6:00 am.
