Welcome to the Jamesville Cottage. Nestled amidst the tranquil beauty of Jamesville, our charming home offers you the perfect combination of suburban privacy and proximity to the city simultaneously. Inside you will find a kitchen, dining and family rooms, along with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms and a study. Located minutes off the highway makes Syracuse university, hospitals, downtown, and many attractions only minutes away!

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
