The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is situated just one block from the ocean, with beaches within walking and short driving distance. Ras al Hadd and Ras al Jinz are about 55 minutes south. Wadi Tiwi, Wadi Shab, and Fins are about 30 minutes north. Kayak & bicycles are about 15 minutes away.
