The Aloha House - Hot Tub - Pool

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Walkable to Starbucks and Providence Hospital and within 5 min drive to I-5, the airport, Asante RRMC and all major shopping/restaurants. There’s a separate private and fully lit entrance to the unit with no awkward shared spaces(!) and you’ll have use of a personal in-unit washer/dryer, countertop dishwasher, refrigerator, and an induction cooktop for meal prep. Ideal for traveling healthcare workers!

Kelly’s Carriage House 4 miles from Ashland

The Carriage House is located on Kelly's Farm four miles from the city of Ashland and less than two minutes from Highway 5. This two story home is 440 sq. ft with two sliding glass doors affording a 360 degree view of the mountains and sunset. There is an upstairs and downstairs deck, a propane grill and kitchen is fully furnished, two burners, countertop oven, and rice maker among other things. Set up for three people using two beds. Dogs are welcomed but we don't accept cats.
