Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has two memory foam queen mattresses as well as a full fold out futon and smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!

Short 1/4 mile walk to the Eagles Nest restaurant and to Eagle Point Marina for boat and jet ski rentals. Kayaks, paddleboards and paddleboat included! Recently had to remove the fire pit due to ordinance and complaints.
