Villa in ruhige Lage mit Ausblick zum Tal und etwas Meer. Im eingezäunten Hof befindet sich Pool, Liegestühle und Esstisch. Eine Sonnenterrasse steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein SZ mit Doppelbett die sich gut für die ältere Gäste oder Gäste mit Behinderung eignet. Strände: 7km.

ECO - house near Lim fjord, Rovinj

The house is located 5 km from Rovinj, close to the Lim Fjord. It is made out of ECO materials and wooden furniture inside. The ECO house provides a big sleeping area on the first floor for 4 persons. Downstairs is a kitchen, dinning area and huge fenced surroundings. Guests can use the fireplace for barbecue and grill evenings. We use filtraited rain water for the shower and toilet. We provide some bottled water for our guests. Solar power is used for warm water, light, fridge, radio etc
