La cucina-soggiorno e' ampia ed attrezzata con piano cottura,forno e ampio frigo e completa di tutte le stoviglie utili nel periodo di permanenza. L'appartamento e' climatizzato ed il parcheggio (all'aperto) e'subito sotto la struttura vicino al nostro giardino.
