Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with KING bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. This beautiful lower-level private apartment is the perfect place to stay while enjoying a visit to Mount Vernon. This spacious one bedroom rental includes space for 5 guests, two queen beds and a memory foam twin roll-away bed (upon request). To top it all off breakfast items will be provided to start your day off on the right foot before you set out to explore Cornell's Campus or Historic Uptown.

Welcome to our comfortable, newly renovated, private guest suite. This quiet Waukee neighborhood living space includes two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchenette, laundry room, dining space and cozy living room area. Off street parking for one vehicle is available. A private entrance is available from the back deck. Your home away from home features a comfortable king size bed and a full size bed. A smart television is available in the living room and an HDTV is available in one bedroom.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.
