Although it is built in the common garden of the hosts’ permanent residence at the ground floor, it stands at the whole 1st floor itself, which is autonomous and shields guests from the house beneath it and there are no immediate neighbors overlooking the property. The comfortable double bedroom, with a king size bed, also has patio doors out to the furnished terrace at the front of the property. The lovely garden at the ground floor and the barbeque are in common use with the hosts. The terrace of the 1st floor is private, for guests' use only. The hosts are everyday willing to help you spend unforgettable holidays. Their permanent residence is located at the ground floor. They moved to the island of Kefalonia in 2006. George is an Electrical Engineer. He likes the countryside, windsurfing, sailing and tennis. Sofia is working. She likes cooking, paragliding, excursions and traveling. They have two children. The house is 8 kilometers away from the capital of the island, Argostoli, and only 1 kilometer from the airport and the sea. A short 5-10 minute drive away are several of the island's most famous beaches, Ammes, Avithos, Ai Helis, Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos. They are located two to five kilometers away from this lovely residence. There are also markets, taverns, and shops nearby. A welcome basket of fresh fruits, juice, as well as a bottle of wine, will be offered to the guests upon their arrival.
