The Hide is a super get-away for anyone travelling around Scotland on the NC500 or on your own adventure looking for a unique stay. The cottage is a traditional 19th-century detached croft cottage perched on the hillside with far-reaching views up and down the Kyle of Sutherland to the hills beyond. It's a very homely cottage surrounded by its own garden offering peace and seclusion in a stunning setting and it's an ideal central location for exploring the NC500 as well as providing an opportunity to spot the local wildlife. Deer, salmon, pine marten, red squirrels and numerous bird species can all be seen close by.

Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. The cabin is equipped with a fridge, microwave,kettle, toaster and excellent wi-fi. It also has a shower room and modern composting toilet.
