Salty Air Retreat

Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Charleston Harbor view, garage apt

Spacious apartment with high ceilings. The back porch has a fantastic view of Charleston harbor. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown and also to beaches. Private dock, kayaks, bicycles (not fancy) and the possibility, weather and tides permitting, of a motorboat ride around the harbor. Modern and cozy studio in a quiet, pet-friendly neighborhood. Five minute walk from multiple restaurants and three blocks (10 minute walk) from direct beach access. Enjoy the sounds of birds and ocean breeze while you grill or relax in the covered breezeway. Bring your wood and build a relaxing fire in our beautiful fire pit! This stylish spot has a kitchenette, full bathroom, closet, an amazingly comfortable bed and sofa! The perfect getaway spot for a couple or a few friends!!

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Mini Suite on golf course - 3 minutes from beach

A lovely, quiet and spacious mini suite . located in Sea Trail resort. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. Enjoy golf on one of 3 on site courses (we even have a set of golf clubs for guest use!). See why Nat Geo rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2=3 minute) drive or bike ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs provided), or use the pool (included)

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!
