Large upstairs studio apartment with private entrance from main home. Minutes to Mayfair shopping, restaurants, theater and Wrightsville Beach. Unit equipped with mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, King size bed, sofa sleeper and TV. Private bath and shared laundry.
