ECONUT FARMHOUSE Econut farmhouse is located on the Palani to Kodaikanal road, about 16 km before you reach Kodaikanal town. The farmhouse is conveniently located next to the road, yet hidden from view and private. It is in a quiet area with very few houses around, and in the midst of an organic farm. There is a panoramic view of the valley below, with the plains visible for about 200 km, on clear days. Our caretaker couple will attend to all your needs, including preparation of meals.

Levinge Homestead is located at 3kms from Mother Teresa Women's University in Kodaikanal. It's in a gated community and part of a calm neighborhood. The view from the cottage is spectacular with Mountain ranges and vegetable farms. The cottage is directly connected to the bus route where the government buses ply six times a day. There are two spacious bedrooms with attached toilets, spacious living room and kitchen. We have Cloud Kitchen, FSSAI registered, a healthy food option for our guests.

The Pinedale Bungalow was build as a holiday home for weekend getaways. The property is carefully designed with a 360-degree view both from inside and from the pool, offering stunning views of the majestic pine valley and Palozhukum waterfalls. The property stands alone in a large secure compound, surrounded by 6 acres of tea and cardamom plantations. Guests will have full access of the property and the tea estate. Cozy cottages are built amidst the majestic trees like nutmeg, cloves, coconut trees, jack trees, bread fruit trees, Arecanut, Cocoa etc. The Cottages are thatched with braided coconut palm leaves to obtain a natural cooling effect. The interior is uniquely fashioned. As the walls of the cottages are built with palm tree planks the rooms are never hot. The Cottage is suitable for a family having attached bathroom with all essential interiors.

Kookal is a beautiful and quaint drive away from Kodaikanal, the Princess of Hills, 15 kms after Poomparai. If you are able to overcome the temptation of stopping by at the charming spots that dot the route, you can cover this distance of 32 km in a little over an hour from Kodaikanal. It is a perfect destination for those on the lookout for offbeat places to stay. Our cottage is located in a 5 acre property, facing the Shola forests and has an excellent view of the Kookal lake.

The place is located a mere 3 km from the old pambanar bridge on NH 183. Towering some 3730 feet above sea level, the place is a harmonious blend of nature surrounded by tea and cardamom plantation. The Artist is our smallest and cosiest cottage, ideal for up to 2 guests. It is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and a few steps away from the stream which runs through the farm. All cottages and the common dining room have wifi, 24/7 hot water and power back up. We are accessible by car and there is parking on the farm. Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.
