This traditional Icelandic summer house (66 m²) has two small bedrooms, a bathroom and a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Brand new comfortable and well-designed cabins. The sheltered hot outdoor shower, accessible from the bathroom, is a delightful experience in all weathers. They are both very private though it is just a stone’s throw away from the Ring Road. Excellent base for exploring the wonders of the South, for instance Gullfoss & Geysir, The Westmann Islands, the beautiful waterfalls along the south coast and The black beach in Vik.

Beautiful Cottage at Kaldá Lyngholt 2

The cottage is on a small and quiet family run farm, 8 km to the town Egilsstaðir. These small houses are cozy and heated with geothermal energy, the cottages can be booked all year around. We provide linen, towels, tea and Coffee for no extra charge. The surrounding area consists of a river, trees, northern lights, beautiful nature and during the winter time you might even see some reindeers wandering around.

Eyvindarholt Hill House

The Hill House is a great location for visiting South Iceland. From the house, there is a beautiful view, and the house is big and spacious. It has five good bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big living room to get together or relax after a day out. The surroundings are peaceful, and there are many options for short hiking from the house. This house is the perfect place for big families or friends.

The cottage is designed in the old Icelandic country style, but with house heating, hot water, well equipped modern kitchen, dish washer and a wood burning stove. The ground floor is 35 (square m.) Upstairs there is a 20 square m. sleeping attic with one Queen Size bed.
