Chrissy's Cozy Cottage is just what is says COZY and comfortable. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and a door to the outside deck overlooking a preserve. 2cd bedroom has a trudle sofa that opens to a full bed. All linens are included. Plenty of seating for visitors around dining room table and counter. We are a 5 min walk to the ocean and Shuckers restaurant, just across A1A. Cottage is located in Beautiful Nettles Island Community.

It is a gorgeous location.

Just a minute drive/5 min bike or 10 min walk to dine on the water & beach options! My fav is the beautiful blue/green waters at S Causeway Park inlet (.5) where you can swim, fish, rent jet skis, launch a boat/water toys you bring! The Jetty Pier Beach is awesome & never disappoints! Same as our sleep 6 Cottage, minus the bunk beds (so less cost)
