The Studio

The Studio has an open-plan configuration with en-suite shower room and kitchenette and is located in the centre of Dover town, within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and the beach. Situated on a small hobby farm with great countryside views, sheep and chickens and near to family-friendly activities. Converted from a garage, the space if fully insulated with double glazed window and is warm and comfortable. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and families of four.

‘The Studio’ a hidden gem on the Huon River

The Studio is a hidden gem. A beautifully styled, cosy retreat for comfort and calm. Enjoy a sumptuous king bed with quality linen and electric blanket, plus a queen pull-out sofa bed best suited to a child or guests sharing space. Set on 15 peaceful acres with stunning north-east mountain and Huon River views from your private deck. We respectfully ask that you only enjoy showers as we rely on rainwater, as we have no mains water. Small dogs welcome by request. Huonville 14km, Hobart 34km

Crabtree House

Crabtree House is a heritage listed homestead set in two acres of English gardens and sits between two mountain rivers. There is 1 upstairs apartment (The Loft) accommodating between 2 and 4 people. Guests will have to walk up 12 stairs but once you are inside the apartment, its on one level. 1 queen bed and 2 x singles, shared bathroom. Large deck with BBQ overlooking the mountains. We are near Willie Smith's Cider House and about a 5 minute drive to Huonville with shops and restaurants.

We are situated 1 hour drive from Hobart, on the Huon River Estuary. The ambience of the property is a secluded, rural, actual waterfront acreage. Guests may enjoy the pebble beach and rock pools together with the private jetty for fishing. We have a secure fenced area adjacent to the chalet suitable for well-behaved pets. Guest suite with a view overlooking Huon River

Valencia Rhoda. Guest suite. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful place with beautiful views overlooking the Huon River, Tasmania. Named after my maternal grandmother. Situated on 5 acres of old apple orchard/ cow paddock we have planted over a thousand native plants to encourage bird and insect life. The property is just 15 minutes from Cygnet and 30 minutes to Huonville.

Mi Tall Story

A Self Contained two bedroom guest suite situated on the top floor, amazing views and a pair of sea eagle nesting in the gum trees out front. One bedroom has a split king that can be turned into two singles beds if required. Close to the general store and hotel where you can get amazing meals. Lots of walking tracks and the fantastic Hasting Caves. We do not include Breakfast.
