Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

Warm in winter and cool in the summer, enjoy the deck, fire ring, grill, and hammock. The cabin is two hours north of NYC, with a refrigerator, Wifi, propane, furnace, and wood stove. Woodstock, Kingston, the Hudson River and hiking trails 15 min away.

The Berghüttli: Glowing Swiss Hut in the Forest

The Berghüttli ("little mountain hut") is a Swiss-inspired hut and farm stay surrounded by National Forest in Goshen, VT (pop. 168). A completely private escape—no other structures in sight, just woods and quiet. Inside, a wall of windows brings the forest right up to you, while glowing maple plywood fills the space with warm light. High-speed fiber internet runs a reliable 300 Mbps. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.
