Cabin in the country on private fishing ponds.

A private cabin located on two private ponds which are great for hanging out or catching bass, catfish, perch or crappie. The large pond is shared with other properties but there are flat bottom boats that can be used to explore both ponds. This cabin is great for getting away from it all. It is located just outside of Rusk, TX so it is still only about a 5 minute drive to town. There are speakers and lights outside for night time enjoyment and a fire pit for an evening fire. A secluded retreat!

Cabin 1 directly on the lake!

We have 3 cabins on Houston County Lake that rent separately. 1&2 have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a loft. The 3rd is a Studio. Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. The guest room has a full-size bunk bed that can sleep 4. The loft has two twin beds in Cabin 1 and a queen mattress in Cabin 2. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. We also have a Roku TV and WIFI. We have a covered Pavilion with Pickleball, basketball, and other games.

Historic Loblolly Lodge at Ratcliff Lake

Bring the whole family and reconnect with one another and nature. With 2400 square feet of living space and a 17 foot long table there is plenty of room for several families. The Loblolly Lodge was built in 1936 as a mess hall for the CCC. It has been modernized for comfort and fun. The Lodge is nestled on 11 private wooded acres adjacent to Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area in the Davy Crockett National Forest which offers fishing, swimming, picnicking, and hiking for a small entrance fee.

Our cabin has an open concept, 3 bedrooms, 2 full/2 half-baths and enough space for gaming and lounging with friends, family, and groups. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel cookware and double ovens for your culinary needs. A propane grill and wood smoker is available for BBQ enthusiasts. Welcome to Catfish Cabin! Located on Striker lake this is your perfect getaway. House is fully updated with wifi, smart TV and all new appliances. It has a wide open floorpan with 2 bedrooms that both have their own bathroom and lake view. Living room has great view of the lake and plenty of games including shuffle board, hook 21, and golf pong. Outside is a huge deck, new fire-pit, new pier, hammock, corn hole boards, kayaks, and a paddle board. Grill out and relax at your weekend getaway.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited.
