The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR SPRING 2026: the lake was temporarily lowered for maintenance during the off season and has not returned to a normal level. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing may not be available from our dock. If these are activities are part of your getaway, please contact us for updated lake status prior to making a reservation.

The Robin’s Nest Cabin is located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It’s rustic on the outside yet filled with modern amenities. The property is also surrounded by wooded trails that lead to a waterfront cove on Lake Hamilton. Kayaks are available for use Mar.-Oct. Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
