This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

With all of the amenities for your stay and centrally located inside the Village, this home is equipped for you to enjoy the indoors and outdoors. Have breakfast in the treetops on the deck with the birds and watch the deer. Huge Firepit, a swing, and a horseshoe pit for outside fun .The family room has a ceiling to floor stone fireplace and a huge sectional! Luxury bedding, towels and toiletries for you to enjoy your vacation!

This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.
