Outdoor areas include an a large lower deck with dining and seating areas, a *BRAND NEW* hot tub, a fire pit, and a grilling area. Located about 15 minutes from downtown, you can have the peace and seclusion of the lake without sacrificing the attractions of Hot Springs.

It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from all Hot Springs has to offer. There is a private covered boat dock for you to use - you can rent a boat or bring your own! Enjoy the sunset and beautiful views while soaking in our hot tub on the outdoor deck. Come leave all of your worries and relax in our peaceful retreat any time of year!

This is your ideal Lake Hamilton get-a-way. The remarkable deck, complete with a private hot tub and outdoor seating area is enjoyable day and night. It is extremely convenient to all Hot Springs has to offer. In ten minutes you can be downtown enjoying Bathhouse Row, Central Avenue and Oaklawn Racing and Gaming.

This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.
