Make memories at this newly renovated 2 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the sandy beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set & swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 2 were combined to make a larger suite. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and screened porch. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bunk bed.

Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.

Ample private parking, private entrance, outdoor lawn with perennial gardens with dining table, chairs and grill. A stream runs through the property with trails alongside of it. Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom A-frame cabin, nestled in the heart of North Conway. Originally built by our grandparents in the 1960's, this A-frame serves as the perfect home-base for adventuring and exploring all that the White Mountains have to offer; skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, breweries, dining, floating the Saco, leaf-peeping and the like!
