Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

The Springs Retreat

With Picturesque views of the Hepburn bushlands & a short stroll from the Hepburn Springs cafes, bars & walking tracks, The Springs Retreat offers a convenient & cosy space to rest and recharge by the fire with friends and family. The famous bathhouse & Daylesford town are a few minutes from the property, offering local shopping, wine bars, farmers markets & more. Please note pets are welcome but there is a $50 cleaning fee. *Use of the fire is governed by fire restrictions/bans*

Granny's Cottage at Yandoit

Welcome to Granny's Cottage. This is the second building featured on Restoration Australia bringing the former Gervasoni Swiss-Italian buildings on site back to their former glory. This is a heritage listed property has been lovingly restored with beautiful vistas inside and out. Enjoy toasty warmth in winter with open fire and hydronic heating in Winter and a very cool converted cellar in Summer inside. The beautiful views from the deck are perfect for a bbq or enjoying the spa.

The original 1950s home of locals Edna and Jack Grant and their five boys — enjoy town views and the wonderful, established garden they planted from your private deck.

Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

Enjoy all that Daylesford and surrounds has to offer from our lovingly renovated, sun filled 3 bedroom cottage “Morrie”. As well as loads of personality, Morrie boasts a new kitchen and bedroom wing, a bar fridge plus butlers pantry/laundry however charming 60’s features remain intact. New queen beds / fresh white linen and artwork mean you can enjoy your stay indoors at Morrie as much as your day time explorations of the beautiful spa country.

A short 15 minute stroll into town Trimble Cottage offers a comfortable and private place to unwind and enjoy a few glasses of wine with nibbles around the open fire. On a beautiful large block with magnificent gardens to enjoy Trimble Cottage is the perfect getaway for the whole family. Well heated and cooled it is suitable for all times of year. The cottage offers everything you will need to have an enjoyable break with family or friends.
