Conveniently located close to train (10 mins.), bus-stops (2 mins.) and food stores. Free parking in the street.

Basement apartment and sauna (60m2)

Enter through a private, garden facing back door. The wooden framed house that sits above the basement apartment was built in the 1930s. It is located on a quiet street surrounded by similar wooden houses. The apartment is suitable for one, a couple or a young family of four, with a double and sofa bed. You will have access to your own bathroom, toilet and sauna. A small lounge and separate dining area serviced by a kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer) with full sized appliances.

Studio with own entrance and lovely garden

If you are looking for a peaceful area with beautiful gardens and great public transportation, this is your place! Studio is located in Pirkkola, wooden house area built in 1940's. Next to us is Pirkkola sport park and Central Park (more like a forest actually), where you can ride bike, trail run or ski in the winter. Tram 15 stop is just 50 meters from the studio door, so you will be in the city in no time! Please note: The bed is upstairs via a fairly steep staircase.

35m2 Studio

Cosy 35m2 studio in quiet place near Keskuspuisto forest (5min to the forest). Free parking on the road. Also famous Rodo park is in walking dictance. Short walking dictance to train station Huopalahti (11min, 850m), which prings you to city center and to the airport. Also the buses leave next to the door to city center (40 and 41, about 20min). If you need bed sheets, it cost 10e/ person. You can pay by: cash, mobile pay or through airbnb. Free Wifi in the house.

Authentic neighborhood near bustling city center

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. Basic amenities are always available, we will try to meet extra requests. Netflix is for free. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.
