North Country Cottage

This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. Plenty of parking for anything - boats, snowmobile & atv trailers. 1 mile to Downtown Hayward. 5 miles from Hatchery Creek for the CAMBA singletrack and Birkie Trail. Haakon House

Relax with family and friends at a Northwoods retreat. The cabin is a newer build at the end of a quiet road near the start line for the Prince Haakon cross country ski race. It can accommodate large groups with as many as 12 in the cabin on beds and pull out furniture (plus a bunkhouse). Connect to CAMBA mountain bike and American Birkebeiner Nordic ski trails from the front door, through private trails and the Mosquito Brook trailhead. Enjoy the screen porch and comfortable accommodations!

Wade Inn Iron River

The Wade Inn Iron River is a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet beauty of nature and be less than a half mile from town! Very peaceful setting on a quiet wooded lot with lots of shade trees and outdoor table and chairs with a Grill!! Iron River is also a great location, close to National Forests, the World famous Brule river, and Lake Superior all within a fifteen minute drive!! Bayfield and the Apostle Islands are also not too much further, and are great easy day trips to enjoy.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are a 10 minute walk to 3 of Hayward restaurants. Main street Hayward is a 15 minute walk. Enjoy and relax at this cozy home. If you are staying in Hayward for the Birkie its a 15 minute walk to the bridge over Hwy 63 to watch the skiers then just a few more minutes more to the finish line. And with on site parking you have that problem solved

It is located very close to several lakes and rivers which are great for boating, kayaking, and fishing. The home is within a few miles from several highways that lead to all the adventures that northwestern Wisconsin has to offer.

Serene Retreat In The Woods of Hayward

Escape to the Northwoods of Wisconsin. This is a quiet, peaceful place to stay. The house is set in the woods with deer strolling through the property. There is access to snowmobile trails 9 and 15 and plenty of truck and trailer parking. Round Lake and other area lakes are nearby for ice fishing. We are about 5 miles from the Birkie trail parking and access.
