Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Nestled in the trees on the edge of our wildflower meadows, the Shepherds hut has all the comforts for a restorative, immersive stay in nature. Wake up to the sound of song birds and fresh air. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ and a toasty fire under the stars. After a long walk or cycle through the woods enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool or a game of tennis.

Our simply stunning holiday home is available for over night stays, weekend breaks or longer stays to explore the local area and visit friends & family. Located centrally in Pevensey Bay means it is walking distance to local amenities and only a short drive / bus ride away from the town. The site has a shop, Indoor pool, newly refurbed in April 2024, clubhouse which has regular entertainment, children's playground and the added bonus of being right on the beach, Ideal for Eastbourne Airshow.

Our luxury & spacious caravan located on one of the most quietest locations on Parkdean Camber Sands known as "Millionaires Row". A 3 bedroom caravan - one double & 2 single twin bedrooms. Beach is only a 7 min walk & the site centre a 4 min walk. There is a separate cloakroom. Dogs that are well behaved are welcome. A beautiful spot in Pevensey Bay. The beach is just a few steps away and the use of all the facilities on site of the Pevensey Holiday Park. The local area offers fantastic food, pubs and ameinities. With the bus stop just outside to take you into central Eastbourne. If your visiting as a family or a peaceful retreat for just the two of you, you will not be disappointed. the cabin itself is fully equipped, with full combi boiler heating so if it does get chilly, you won't.

Beautiful countryside views, secluded grounds with your own private heated swimming pool. Each of the Four king sized beds each have their own private ensuite bathroom and shower. Large kitchen/diner, large living room and conservatory. Short drive to Battle town. 20 min walk to pub & restaurant. 15 minute drive to Hastings. We have family celebrations & get togethers, but the property is not suitable for loud parties as we have neighbours to consider.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
