Set on a working farm in Iden near Rye , The Bull Pen has been beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished, creating a relaxed and well- appointed accommodation for two guests. The Bull Pen offers an open-plan living space with well- equipped kitchen , dining space, comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The French doors open onto a small private garden with a dining space.The bedroom has got a comfy king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a beautiful roll -top bath.

Perfectly situated on the West Hill of Hastings, within walking distance of the historic old town and beach, this unique cabin offers a green oasis in the heart of Hastings. The Beech Hut (named for the Weeping Beech tree at the entrance) is a self contained one bedroom accommodation in the grounds of The Beacon, one of the most unique venues in Hastings. The Beacon itself is a family home but also part-time restaurant, venue, & arts space for the whole community, as well as a green wilderness.

The Garden Studio has spectacular views over the Kent countryside from the property's floor to ceiling windows. The self contained compact studio has private access and includes lounge chairs, coffee table and a double bed. We have a dining table/ two stools overlooking the terrace. There is a fridge, a microwave, a two ring electric hob together with a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a toaster in the kitchen area. Iron/Board/Desk/Chair are on request prior to stay. The Studio, Ticehurst

This fantastic open plan converted office space is located in the heart of High Weald, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. ‘The Studio’ is the perfect location for couples or families wanting to explore all that the countryside has to offer. Walking distance from Ticehurst Village, home to Sunday Times Pub of the Year ‘The Bell’. As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in private grounds of 10.5 acres & shared only with the on-site owners, this Log Cabin overlooks the lower lake Bedroom 1 features a huge Emperor Size double bed (7ft x 7ft), with duck down Egyptian cotton pillows and duvet. Double doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Hypnos medium mattresses or 1 x Super King bed Includes two further fold out beds best suited for children. Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Shingle Shack overlooks & is nestled on the edge of the wonderful shingle desert of Dungeness. The Beach is a two minute walk & the Romney,Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs past the bottom of this quirky & contemporary dwelling. Shingle Shack is a deceptively spacious detached property with large lounge,shower room,comfy bedroom, private access & parking for one car. It is perfectly situated to explore the wonderful beach's,nature reserves & quaint villages that the Romney Marsh has to offer.

Weald Lodge: self-contained annexe with parking

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples looking for a country get away with walks across the fields. Driving distance to local amenities, pubs/restaurants & attractions. Weald Lodge is a separate annexe in the gardens of Wealdview Farmhouse (TN12 6SP) PLEASE NOTE, despite being in the category of farm, we are not a farm and do not have far machinery. The fields around us have grazing sheep Due to the open beams on the mezzanine level, we don't encourage infants or children

The Stables

Our one bedroom studio is the perfect retreat for two to relax and unwind.  Just a short walk from the tree lined high street of Tenterden, with it's eclectic mix of independent shops,  historic buildings and small cafes, it is also home to Kent & East Sussex's heritage steam railway. But if relaxing with your favourite glass is more your thing, then it's worth noting, that it is also in the centre of England's wine country, with our local vineyards - from Chapel Down to Gusbourne.

The Little Cabin by the Lake

Escape the Christmas chaos and unwind in the cosy comfort of our beautiful cabin, festively decorated in December. Snuggle up by the log burner whilst looking out at our peaceful lake, surrounded by ancient woodland. A private couples’ retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and sharing magical moments in nature. If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland hideaway, the lovely village of East Hoathly isn’t far, with a cozy café, village shop, and friendly local pub to explore.
