This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Airport parking may be possible as the location is a short drive away from Birmingham Airport & The NEC. Blythe valley, JLR and Solihull are also local for staying guests.

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
