Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

With beach walks 20 mins away by foot and Alton Waters less than a mile away with all their water activities to Suffolk Leisure Park down the road. You will have loads to keep you busy or wind down and relax on the patio and take in the bird song. With 3 traditional country pub that serve food and the Stutton community centre that sells local produce you will be stuck for choice!

Idyllic house and gardens on estuary

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
