Delightful Beach retreat for you to relax just, one hour south of Perth. It has 4 double bedrooms which easily sleeps 8 adults and more if you utilise the sofa bed. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Multiple areas where you can relax and unwind. Front porch to watch the kangaroos at night or rear entertainment deck with BBQ and undercover area at rear. Our Family Holiday home, not a new hotel, but we love it! 6 min walk to the beach. Please note we do not accept Schoolies bookings.

Reverse cycle aircon in family/dining area & bedrooms.Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle bed in single size, plus desk. There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
