At first it seems like the middle of know where but you soon realize it is the middle of the most relaxing place you have ever been. There are so many things to see from Sun stone's to Petroglyphs to the Shirk Ranch, Sitting on the Deck at night watching the Stars. Plush is one of the Darkest places in the west, very little light pollution here. The list is endless.

High Desert Hideaway

Pets allowed inside if potty trained. Just a 5.3 miles from town. It is on the south side of Highway 20 east of Burns, you must go past Red Barn Road. There is red reflectors to help find the driveway at night. It’s a on a pivot that with permission and caution about buildings, pivot, equipment and the highway you may shoot ground squirrels and jack rabbits! There is a corral for horses and a kennel for dogs. It is centrally located for horse activities like cuttings, brandings.

Wee House Plush

The Wee House is a fully equipped vacation rental located on a working cattle ranch right at the foot of Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge. The property offers panoramic views of Oregon's high desert and convenient access to nearby hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation areas. Guests enjoy a complete range of amenities.- including a full kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and modern conveniences- making it an ideal base for exploring the rugged beauty of the Great Basin. 

The Cawlfield House (Circa 1929)

The historic Cawlfield House was built by my grandfather in 1929. It has been beautifully restored with modern amenities and comforts. It has an updated Kitchen, Living, Dining, Bath, Office & two Bedrooms (1 plush queen bed down, 1 plush queen bed up & 1 trundle bed). Many of the furnishings came from Joanna Gaines collections. We've sincerely strived to consider your needs, including A/C. We'd love to host you! We are confident you'll enjoy the homes comforts and history!

The Sandhill Suite is a newly remodeled home conveniently located five miles east of Burns just off highway 20. This cozy two bedroom home was remodeled in early 2023 and has lots of amenities to offer. Its a great option for extended stays or a quick weekend getaway and sleeps up to four people. Pets are welcome and will be safely contained in the fully fenced yard. Come enjoy Harney County beauty and experience the Sandhill Suite!

Quiet 1 bedroom Apartment

Welcome to our hidden treasure, it’s time to relax. Our guest apartment is very quiet, low activity & conveniently located. Inset from rd. makes for a very private stay. Close to hospital, library, dog/walking track & groceries. TV, Roku, games, fast WIFI, Nintendo (old school). Stocked kitchen w/ coffee supplies & fenced back yard. Behind main house & completely independent, including your covered carport parking and entrance.

The outpost

Wildlife viewing, and only one mile from US forest service boundary. Warm cozy cabin is fully furnished and stocked with all household supplies, fire wood, and gas heat. Baby Bear’s Playhouse

Baby Bear's Playhouse is conveniently located across the street from the grocery store, 3 blocks from downtown restaurants & shopping, and an easy 2-minute drive to the hospital. This tiny house/studio offers a large yard for your pet and kiddos to play, plenty of off-street parking and a shared picnic area complete with BBQ and firepit. The Mickel House

Welcome to the Mickel House! This cute house is located just blocks away from a cute park. It’s also a few miles from Burns where there is a good selection of restaurants and shopping. We are close to the Steens Mountains, Malhuer Wildlife refuge and so much more! Harney County is the best place to bird watch in the spring, with over 300 different species of birds migrating through!

Titus Ranch - Two Bedroom Apartment

Rural Ranch setting, Gorgeous views of Sunrises and Sunsets, large variety of birds and other wildlife. Come relax and unplug in rural Eastern Oregon. Located near Steen's Mountain Wilderness area and Malhuer Wildlife Refuge. Pets are welcome, but please try to keep them off of the furniture.
