Tomannsbolig var nytt sommeren 2019, det ligger nydelig til i fjordkanten på Torsnes. Feriehuset er fullt utstyrt og har panoramautsikt over fjord og fjell.Ved huset er det uteområde med kai og liten egen strand, det ligg godt til rette for fiske i fjorden. Det er vaskemaskin og tørketrommel på bad. Hele huset består av to separate leiligheter, dette er den ene og er den største. Den minste enheten ligger i front av huset. Jondal er et paradis for de frilufts interesserte.

Nyt naturen og utsikten du får når du kommer opp i høyden på dette nybygde Mikrohuset. Dette er det høyestliggende av de to Mikrohusene i Solbakken, der de begge ligger i omgivelser av dyr og kunst. Galleri Solbakkestova med sin nydelige skulpturhage ligger like ved huset. Geiter beiter foran, og en ser over på alpakkaer på den andre siden. Huset ligger landlig til, men er nær sentrum og buss. Gang og sykkelvei går forbi, og turløype opp på Liafjellet er like ved.

The use of a boat with a small outboard is included in the price, unfortunately not in winter. Wifi, satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, clothes washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
