Downhill is a studio condo outfitted with a Queen bed and a twin pull out sofa. The white hotel linens are provided during your stay as well as bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. You will also find the kithenette stocked with items to prep a quick meal. There are dishes for 4, cups, plates, bowls and silverware and a compact refigerator. This is the smaller lock off condo which is part of Hilltop (sleeps 10). Ask about our other rentals should you need more space

Cottage on TART trail. Bike to TC and Suttons Bay

Newly Renovated Cozy Modern Cottage. This home is right on the TART Trail. Guests can bike to Traverse City or Suttons Bay. We are 1 mile from West Bay and 1.5 miles from a public beach. This cottage is less than 1 mile from Cedar Lake public boat launch-we allow watercraft parking. We are near wineries and breweries.
