We are child and dog friendly, and have 2 gardens. Our beach is dog friendly 365 days of the year. We sleep 8(6 adults max) in 4 bedrooms (2 gr.floor). Wren Cottage

Wren cottage is a unique, one-bedroom, self-contained property with its own private garden set within the grounds of Boundary Stables. A perfect hideaway with lots of character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. This cosy cottage is a great base to explore the Norfolk Broads and take a stroll a long the wonderful North Norfolk Coast by foot, bike or car. Only 25 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Happisburgh with its stunning lighthouse.

Our bespoke shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and wildlife. This rural North Norfolk retreat, next to our family home, offers a relaxing setting from which to explore this beautiful corner of the country, or somewhere to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life. Our space has cosy underfloor heating, a king size bed and a sofa bed - the hut sleeps two adults and two children. Set down a quiet, country lane, there are fantastic beaches, cycling routes and scenic country walks in easy reach

Located on the North Norfolk Coast, Happisburgh is perfect for heading away from hectic life. The beach is only a 10-15 minute walk from the caravan. 2 bedroomed caravan (1 double, 1 twin/double) 1 double sofabed in the living area Well equipped with gas fire, portable electric heaters, shower, WC, fridge, cooker, microwave, TV, DVD, crockery, cutlery. No WiFi. Connected to mains water, sewerage, electricity and piped Calor gas Duvets/pillows are provided. Guests to provide bed linen/towels.

Seaside Beach Bungalow

A charming, rustic wooden bungalow within a peaceful neighbourhood and just 100m walk on a private road to the quiet sandy beach. Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Embrace relaxation and coastal bliss in this idyllic quiet coastal getaway.

Grade II listed Stable conversion in Happisburgh

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Charming seaside escape

Cedarwood Bungalow is a fully refurbished, charming wooden seaside holiday chalet built in 1936. There is flexible accommodation sleeping up to 5/6. There is wifi,TV a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Eccles is a quiet secluded seaside resort which is located on the Norfolk Coastal Path. The chalet is a two minute walk from the beach which is quiet and unspoilt. There is a large fenced garden with a secluded patio seating area and garden shelter.

Seaside Chalet

Beautiful chalet located in Walcott Chalet Park, situated just a stones throw away from the beach. The chalet is equipped to ensure you feel like its home from home, including a lovely comfy sofa to relax in after a busy day. The TV has a built in DVD player; handy to keep the little ones entertained on a rainy day! We provide bed linen, towels and tea towels. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath so we've got that one covered!! Come and explore Norfolk!

The Haven

This unique beachside retreat is nestled behind the dunes of Sea Palling beach. Originally a 19th century fisherman's cottage, now a great place to enjoy family holidays by the coast. Easily sleeps a family of six with private parking, enclosed rear garden, living room, dining room, kitchen and utility. Being so close to the sea, The Haven is perfectly located to explore the beach as often as you wish.

The Happi Hut

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The open plan tiny home has superb far reaching countryside views. The Happi Hut is cosy and sumptous with wood burning stove, tapastry flooring, outside patio and charcoal BBQ. A short walk to the beautiful Happisburgh beach, coastal path and famous Lighthouse.
