With a kitchen & washer/dryer, the apartment is both peaceful and practical, great for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, ideal for academics needing space for contemplation or for a couple visiting family. Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.

This is a home-away-from-home! The space includes a full kitchen, laundry, wireless Internet, a queen-size bed, and more. Located in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood, there is a river out back for swimming and many books and toys in the apartment if you're traveling with small children. You'll also have a beautiful view of the river from the 2nd-floor back deck!
