Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Eastbound Historic Beach Cottage

Eastbound is a 1940's beach cottage that has been lovingly restored to preserve the charm of a nostalgic beach house but with modern comforts such as new HVAC, new bathroom, full kitchen and outdoor shower. Conveniently located 50 steps from the beach and across the street from Tony Silvagni's surf school and beach equipment rental shop. No need to get in your car once you arrive. The house is pet friendly and there is a $75 pet fee. Alert us when booking if you plan to bring a pet.

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay!
